Catering Packages for Special Events

New packaging, custom-made flower essence sets and catering packages for students, schools, workshops and conferences.

I needed a set of flower remedies so I started a company that made them. I needed restock some boxes so I designed a whole catalogue and manufactured my own, in-house.

I think I tend to overdo things. đŸ˜‰

Big ( Event ) Plans for 2026

Christmas has come and gone and we’re into another new year. In the lead up to the holiday season, it was the perfect time to relax, take a break and sit down to do some creative projects. Work on things at a relaxed pace, with a cup of herbal tea made from plants picked from the garden.

This year, I decided to work on the 3d printed accessories. I created some new designs and polished up some of the older ones.

As I was drafting the designs, I thought about my plans for 2026 and what I wanted to achieve with the Skyflowers Project. What are the goals for 2026?

Accessories

I’ve been designing and manufacturing 3d printed packaging boxes and display stands for a year and a half now. So I have built up quite a catalogue.

Compact Box has the smallest footprint possible to fit in drawers or tight spaces. These come in a variety of sizes – 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 & 35 x 15ml bottle capacity.

Pro Box looks professional and shows off your remedies in a clinic. These come in a variety of sizes – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 & 25 x 15ml bottle capacity.

Tool Box is a modular designed ‘system’ that is perfect for Classrooms. Each bottle has it’s own mini box that is detachable from a base plate. There are about a dozen different modules to hold different size bottles or tools you use in a clinic. Students can build their own toolkit at school or educators can use them to play learning games. Base plates come in a variety of sizes and there is a growing library of modules you can add to your toolbox.

Crystal Box is currently on the drawing board. Made to look like a quartz of Amethyst crystal, these boxes will be 3d printed in a translucent clear, rose or amethyst color and made to look like a faux crystal. I am still toying around with the designs and have a few prototypes made that look promising. These will come in 5, 10 and 25 x 15ml bottle capacity.

Finally, there is the flagship of the 2026 catalogue – Flower Box.

Flower Box is a conical design that has detachable petals that looks like a Lotus. Other petal packs are on the drawing board. These come in a variety of sizes – 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, ( these are tear drop shaped ) 15, 25 & 35 x 15ml bottle capacity.

At the time of writing I am working on the smaller, tear drop shaped designs. The latest design is the 10 box – a mid-size tear drop with a ring of 15 bottles around it. This one looks gorgeous when printed in the ‘rainbow gelati’ colors where the colors seamlessly transition into each other. Creating a soothing multi-color effect.

The beauty part about designing your own packaging is that you can literally create whatever design you want and print them out in whatever color you like.

Which brings me to my next topic. Customization.

Custom-Made Toolkits

Originally, I had one cardboard box for my sets. Now I have about 50 in the accessory catalogue you can choose from. All with distinctly different function and capacity.

Designing and manufacturing my own packaging has been a game changer for the company. I now can offer custom designs and print-on-demand services.

The reason I went in this direction ( other than the fact that designing is fun and 3d printing is addictive watching your designs being built on the machine )is that I wanted to cater to one of the basic principles of Clinical Flower Therapy.

I want students and practitioners to build their own toolkits. I want people to hand pick flowers they ‘know ad love’. I want them to pick a box design that suits their requirements and choose the color for it.

Clinical Flower Therapy, in essence, is ‘tailor-made medicine’. This is the essential quality of many natural therapies. So it makes sense to custom-make your toolkit and hand-pick the flowers you use. In other words, your kit should be personal to you.

This is what I am building out at the moment. Now the basic catalogue of remedies and boxes are done, I am working on the customization process for customers.

Which brings me to my grand plan for 2026.

New, Test Kit for Toxicity

One of the ( many ) kits I’ve been developing is the Test Kit for Toxicity. This one has long been in development and is nearly complete. Basically, it is a kit of 5 remedies that all belong to the same genus of plants – genus Abromitiella. Or ‘the Carpet Bromeliads’.

These prickly plants form low mounds that grow to match the shape of their environment, growing around rocks and spilling over the landscape. I could write a book on their properties ( and probably will ).Suffice to say this test kit is perfect for kinesiology.

The 5 flower remedies mark the 5 stages of cleansing, purification and toxicity. They provide a thorough cleanse of the mental, emotional and physical body. Not just physical toxins. When combined with the Test Kit for Stress ( the Pineapple Kit ), you can use kinesiology to measure stress levels and toxicity.

The Toxicity kit will come in the new tear drop design box and will be available in 4 colors – Apple Green, Khanki,’Kinesio Sandstone’ and Rainbow Gelati.

‘Kinesio’ is a hand-picked selection of products from our catalogue that are perfect for kinesiology. ‘Kinesio Sandstone’ is the official color scheme of the Kinesio range. It has has a base color ( 1/3 ) of sandstone and ( 2/3 ) is white. These neutral colors look natural, professional and are perpetually in fashion.

Rainbow Gelati is a lovely blend of soft pastel strawberry, aqua and yellow. These come out random and no two are the same.

Box Sets, Gift Sets

With a catalogue of 150 released flower remedies ( and another 50 still in trials ), that means I can make a wide range of box sets to cater to different emotional themes. and modalities.

In terms of sets, I offer 3 options. Gift packs. Kits and Pro Sets.

Gift packs are a retail range where you can buy a single remedy in a 3d printed tear drop box. Or a triple pack of combinations in a triple pack.

Kits are a mid-tier range. These kit are thematic and designed as a sampler. They are modular so you can expand your toolkit if you wish.

Then there are the Pro Sets. These contain 25 flower remedies and are designed to be used professionally by a specific modality.

There is a set for General Practice… Emotional First Aid & Emergency Care… Personal Development. There are 5 sets in all with an option for a fully customized set made from flowers of your own choosing.

As there are 200 flowers in the catalogue, it can be confusing for beginners and students to hand-pick their flowers and make up their toolkit. So you can use my recommendations such as the General Practice set which is perfect for beginners.

Or, you can make your own set… in the box design and color of your choosing.

Which brings me to my ultimate goal this year – Catering Packages for Special Events.

Catering Packages

Theme packs. Volume discounts.

WIth a list of 200 flower remedies to choose from and different sized packaging, this paves the way for my ultimate goal for 2026 and 2027 – the 30th anniversary of the Skyflowers Project.

Catering Packages for Special Events.

Catering packages for special events are coming in 2026. Now that I have a big catalogue of flower remedies and different sized packaging, I am now working on giftware and bulk ordering for workshops and conferences.

Without giving too much away, there will be catering packages for different ‘life events’. Birthdays. Christmas parties. Student study packs. for natural therapy schools. Laser engraved products for end of year graduations. Corporate packages of relevant products.

Basically, promotional deals for a wide range of life events and catering to markets inside ( and outside ) of natural therapies. Giftware for the average person and not just packages for professional therapists. In other words, broadening my customer base.

I mentioned laser engraving earlier as a teaser. Yes, there will be laser engraved affirmation cards, graduation certificates and even emotion charts on metal, glass and wood. Maybe appearing in 2026.

But I digress. I was talking about Catering Packages.

Conference Package

Now we reach the crescendo of this book-length article. As I plan to roll out my new accessory range for 2026 and the Catering Packages in March, the Australian Kinesiology Conference in late March is the perfect place to showcase the new products.

( Which reminds me I need to register and book a sales stand. )

As a result, I am designing a ‘Catering Package for Conferences’. Each package, of course, is thematic and products are selected to fit the event. You will be able to choose different modules if you are running a workshop or a conference.

For example, there will be a ‘Catering Package for Early Birds’. This package will be aimed at ticket sales and offering incentives to sigh up for an event early. Gifts to boost pre-sales.

The Conference Package will include registration gifts ( or full show bags ) for delegates. Prizes for raffles and lucky door prizes. Keynote lectures and mini lectures throughout the conference will also be available as part of this package.

Another part of the package will be Custom-made sets of flower essences. I plan on offering this service at this years conference. Basically, I will do a ‘flower portrait’ of a person and make them a set of flower remedies based on what I see in them and also to match the work they do. They can then choose what box and color they want and it will be made up and sent to them in the post.

I plan to flesh out this idea into a full-blown service that combines a ‘psychic reading’ with custom-design work.

The paint is still drying on these ideas but suffice to say, the packages for students, schools, workshops and conferences are in the pipeline.

So that’s my plan for early 2026. Custom-made toolkits. Catering Packages for Special Events. And… plenty of herbal tea.

That’s all for now. Bye.
