Allergy Box 2.0

Over the Christmas / new year period I have been busy designing a new range of 3d printed packaging and accessories. I plan to showcase the ‘2026 range’ at the upcoming kinesiology conference here in Melbourne in late March.

Some of the designs are new. Some are updates and refinements on things I designed a year ago.

This week I have been working on a redesign of the Allergy Box – a specially designed set of storage boxes for 4ml allergy vials that are popular in kinesiology. I designed this range to look professional as practitioners did not have a custom-made packaging solution and had to rely on ammunition boxes.

Yes, ammunition cases!

While these boxes were a perfect fit for the vials and robust, they didn’t tick all the boxes. They were less than ideal as they are made to be highly visible for safety on a gun range or while duck hunting. So, while the cases stored the allergy vials neatly, the outer appearances was less than professional in their lime green or bight blue colors.

We used to sell hundreds of these cases to practitioners each year at my old job. So I know all about this. Then when I took up 3d printing, one of the first designs I did was an allergy box that looked professional.

2.0

Originally, I released the Allergy Box in 3 sizes – 25, 50 and 100 vial capacity.

This year I decided to reduce the footprint of these boxes so that they are slimmer and take up less space. I also added two new seizes to the range – a single vial box ( because it’s cute ) and also a 10 vial box for anyone needing packaging for ‘sample kits’.

New colors have been added, so you can choose from a wide range of colors to suit your brand.

The new designs are now available and I have plenty in stock.

Allergy Box and our full range of accessories will be showcased at this years kinesiology conference in Melbourne.
